Tastey Thursday: Alex's Garlicky Penne

Theme: Pasta

Difficulty Level: Novice

Prep Time: less than 30 min.Ingredients:

3 lbs of Organic Whole Wheat Penne Rigate

1.5 tablespoons of Borsari Seasoning

1-2 teaspoon(s) of freshly minced garlic

± 6 Heirloom Tomatoes

1 stick of Goat Butter

Directions:

1. Boil/Cook/Rinse Penne

2. Combine garlic, Borsari, and butter into a vesicle that is microwave safe

3. Heat up said vesicle

4. Dice the Tomatoes, add more or less depending on preference

5. Combine Penne, seasonings, and tomatoes into a large mixing bowl

6. Stir, serve and enjoy
